摘要

针对城市水需求具有增长性和周期性的情形,建立城市水供需系统投资的离散时间控制模型.由于城市水管理系统参数估计值可能具有不确定性和时变性,为使此情形下仍能有效满足城市水需求,利用内模原理设计了系统补偿器,并证明了其可行性,然后利用补偿器对系统实施鲁棒控制.在预测城市水需求的基础上,通过合理控制城市水供给的投资,使城市的剩余供水能力逐渐准确逼近给定目标值,且系统具有鲁棒性.

Abstract

In view of the growing and periodic urban water demand, the discrete-time control model of investment in urban water supply and demand system is established. The accuracy of the estimating parameters of urban water management system may be uncertain or time-varying. For effective satisfying urban water demand under the condition, a compensator is designed according to internal model principle, which is proved feasible. Then the robust control is implemented on the system with the compensator. On the basis of urban water demand prediction and reasonable control of urban water supply investment, the given goal value of urban water surplus supply capacity can be approximated gradually accurate and the system is robust.
