In recent years, the amount of compensation of employees in China has developed more slowly than the growth of GDP. The income level of resident improves slowly. Improving the level of wages, synchronous growth of residents' income and GDP become the necessary methods to ensure the growth of economy stable. The majority of provinces and cities in China in 2010 improved or will improve more than 20\% minimum wage standard. This paper proposes a new input-output price model of the non-competitive imports type with processing exports. Using this model, we calculate formula of he influence on prices and exports' costs if non-agricultural sectors' wages was increased. The results show that the influence is very small. We should timely issue corresponding policies and measures to improve the level of wage departments.
