摘要

DEA方法对具有多投入和多产出指标的各个DMU之间的相对效率评价具有独特优势.
首先应用超效率DEA模型对2005-2007年间中国各地区钢铁行业的全要素能源效率作出评价,
并计算了此间中国各地区钢铁行业的节能减排潜力;然后利用Malmquist效率指数对钢铁行业能源利用效率的变动进行动态分析;最后应用Tobit回归模型对影响钢铁行业节能减排的因素进行了多元分析.

Abstract

DEA has the unique advantage to evaluate the relative efficiency of different DMUs with more than one input indexes and output indexes. Firstly, this paper used Super-Efficiency DEA model to evaluate the total-factor energy efficiency and compute the Energy-Saving and Emission-Reduction Potential of steel industry in various regions of China during 2005--2007. Then we analyzed the variation of energy efficiency of steel industry dynamically using Malmquist index. Finally we analyzed the factors influencing Energy-Saving and Emission-Reduction of steel industry using Tobit regression analysis model.
