摘要

市场份额的竞争越来越被企业所重视,这一点可以从最近几年全球企业的兼并热潮中得到例证.企业的市场份额通常由企业内在结构,竞争对手的行为和市场容量这三者决定.该文以这三者为基础而建立的模型,不仅能解释对手行为和市场容量对企业竞争的影响,还能给出企业内在结构与企业最优利润和企业最优市场份额的定量关系,因此它更适合于市场经济中的企业竞争分析.此外,该文的研究对国家的税收征管也具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract

Enterprises pay more and more attention to their market shares,which can be illustratedy by a great upsurge of business merger nowadays.An enterprise's market share is generally decided by its internal structure,its rivals' behavior and the market capacity.The model,based on the three factors in this paper,not only explains the reasons caused by the rivals' behavior and the market capacity but also gives a quantitative description of the relation between the internal structure,the best profit and the market share so that it is more suitable for anlayzing the enterprise's competition in market economy.In addition,the results of the paper are also of value for reference to the research of the national tax collection.
