In this paper, we obtain the sufficient conditions for the existence of a positive periodic solution to a periodic neutral delay logarithmic population model N(t)=N(t)(r(t)-α(t)log[N(t-σ)]-b(t)d/dtlog[N(t-r)]) and give the sufficient conditions for the periodic solution to attract all other positve solutions.
