摘要

研究具有多系统的服务中心的多技能服务人员的调度问题.通过解决雇用哪些类型的服务人员,各类人员雇用多少,
人员如何在各系统中转移以及在什么时候休息等问题,使得服务中心在满足一定的服务水平下的雇用和转移成本最小.
并且建立了该复杂系统的整数规划模型,对于大规模问题提出了基于列生成法的启发式算法,
列举了一个算例来简单说明此方法的基本步骤.

Abstract

The workforce planning problem
in a service center with multiple systems and cross-trained workers is investigated.
The objective is to minimize the total hiring and switching costs
subject to service level constraints through determining the proper
types of workers, the proper number of workers and the proper
assignment of the workers to the systems. Mathematical formulation is
presented and a column generation heuristic is developed to solve
large scale problems. The algorithm is illustrated by a numerical
example.
