The global exponential stabilization for a class of nonlinear uncertain systems is considered. A continuous feedback controller design approach is proposed, and sufficient conditions are developed for global exponential stabilization of a class of nonlinear uncertain systems. With the sufficient conditions, it is proved that the corresponding closed- loop system is globally exponentially stable. A numerical example is given which shows the validity of the result.
