By considering both the random of customer's no show and constrain of capacity, we establish the overbooking model of perishable products based on two kinds of customer's no show, and the optimal solution is obtained. Numerical example shows that the unit price of usual customer has an important impact on the manufacturer's optimal overbooking, while the unit price of VIP customer could impact manufacturers' only when the price goes beyond a certain value. And numerical example also shows that two kinds of customer's unit compensation have little impact on the manufacturer's optimal overbooking. Finally, the shortage costs of capacity for two kinds of customers had an obvious influence on the manufacturer's optimal overbooking. Comparing with the unit shortage cost of VIP customer, the unit shortage cost of usual customer had a greater impact on the manufacturer's optimal overbooking.
