The decision making of a new enterprise to enter market concerns not only its own operation cost but also the influence on its competitors within the supply chain network. The new entering enterprise and the competitors lead to a one-leader multiple-follower Stackelberg Strategy problem in a non-collaboration
competition closed-loop supply chain network. When the leader makes facility location decision and the followers make decisions to maximize their profits corresponding to the potential facility location decision, the competitive behavior of the decision makers in all parts can be described and their interactions can be analyzed by using an equilibrium model proposed in the paper. Finally, based on the above model the entry impacts on the competitors can
be analyzed by various economic indicators for the new enterprise to make the facility location design under the competition environment.
