By using iterative learning control (ILC) method, the state tracking problem for a class of singular system is studied. According to the decomposition form of singular system, a new ILC algorithm is proposed, which is a mixture of D-type algorithm and P-type algorithm. Then, the convergence conditions of new algorithm are given, and the complete convergence analysis of the proposed algorithm is given from the theory perspective. The numerical simulation results show that the proposed ILC algorithm for the state tracking of singular system is effective.
