In order to encourage manufacturers to take on reverse logistics and take the initiative in recycling EOL (End-of-Life) products, EOL products emission ollution taxes are levied on these enterprises, which is an effective measure to control pollution. A centralized EOL products emission endogenous pollution tax equilibrium model is developed through analyzing interactions among decision-makers in closed-loop supply chain network, coupled with the incorporation of environmental policies. The competitive behaviors and the equilibrium conditions of the various decision-makers are studied. The EOL products emission endogenous pollution tax can maximize the profits of all decision-makers and achieve the desired environmental goal. Finally, the impact of the environmental policy on the equilibrium values of various economic indicators (the amount of products transacted, prices transacted and demands, etc) of all decision-makers is analyzed.
