The paper deals with the influence of retailer’s forcasting information sharing on the supply chain with consumer’s green preference, establishes and solves the centralized decision with information forecasting and the decentralized decision with or without information sharing. It is shown that the information forecasting value of green supply chain is more obvious and the retail price is higher compared with the supply chain without consideration of product green degree, and that for centralized mode or dispersion mode, the information sharing value to all parties of the supply chain is positive correlated with the consumer’s green preference degree. Moreover, the benefits of retailers will reduce if they share the forecasting information while it can increase the profits of manufacturers and supply chain. Finally, the information sharing compensation mechanism is established to motivate the retailers to share their forecasting information.
