optimal control of networked control systems (NCS) with distributed delays and disturbance are studied in this paper. Delays in continuous systems must be discussed separately. Based on continuously dynamic output feedback controller, NCS with linear time-unvarying object is modeled as a hybrid system including both continuous and discrete items. The sufficient condition for - suboptimum stabilization of the system is
derived by making use of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. The parameters of suboptimum controller and attenuation degree of the system are proposed by solving a set of LMIs with equation constraints, and optimal control problem is translated into a problem minimizing a linear objective. A imulation example shows that the analysis method and the results are valid and feasible.
