摘要
为了保持系统在某种外界环境下,系统故障率小于给定的故障率,基于多维空间事故树对系统维持其可靠性的方法进行了研究.定义了事件更换周期和系统更换周期,从而发展了多维空间事故树理论.根据该理论主要研究了电气元件系统的这两个更换周期.影响该系统的因素主要有使用时间和使用温度两个维度,据此构建了系统中各元件故障概率重要度和关键重要度的三维空间分布.根据各元件在研究域内的两个重要度分布,分析了该系统在一定工作条件下,满足系统故障概率小于70\%时,系统元件的最优更换方案及考虑元件成本的最优更换方案.结果表明在给定系统故障概率的条件下,多维空间事故树理论可以制定并优化系统保持可靠性的方案.
Abstract
In order to keep the system failure probability less than a numerical value under a certain environment, the method is proposed and analyzed to maintain relia- bility of the system based on multi-dimensional Space Fault Tree. The event change cycle and system change cycle are defined, and then the theory of fault tree multidi- mensional space is developed. According to the theory, the two change cycles of the electrical components are studied. The main factors affecting the system are working temperaturec and working time t. Based on these two dimensions, We construct and analyze the three dimensional failure probability space of distribution the basic events. The results show that under the condition of the given system failure probability, the scheme maintaining reliability of the system can be formulated and optimized with multi-dimensional fault tree theory.
