多路药剂高精度加注装置设计与实现

为了解决向多个管路同步微量加注药剂难题, 提出一种双泵多路高精度加注装置.双泵设计可以均衡负载,互为备用,为多路加注提供统一动力;加注采用PID-PWM策略,通过对电磁阀的开关控制, 替代调节阀位,实现精确加注,快速性好.应用实例表明,加注装置能实现多路药剂独立,精确,同步的加注,控制精度高,硬件成本低.

In order to solve the problem of synchronously and tinily injecting agent into the multiple pipelines, a high precision injecting device with double pumps is proposed. Double pumps can balance load, standby for each other, and provide unified power for multi-channel injecting; the injecting strategy is PID-PWM, which replaces valve position adjusting with the electromagnetic valve switch control to achieve accurate injecting, and in turn has good rapidity. Application examples indicate that, the injecting device can realize independent, accurate and synchronous multi-channel injecting with high control precision and low hardware cost.
