
时滞供应链网络系统的牛鞭效应切换控制方法
BULLWHIP EFFECT CONTROL OF SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEMS WITH TIME DELAYS: A SWITCHED SYSTEM APPROACH
研究了具有时滞因素供应链网络系统中牛鞭效应的稳定化控制问题,构建了具有时变时滞的供应链库存系统模型.由于时滞的时变特性,使得系统在不同时刻表现为不同的动态,从而可将供应链库存系统建模为一类具有有限个子系统的切换系统模型.采用平均驻留时间方法,给出了一个使得供应链库存波动切换系统指数稳定的充分条件.进而,通过求解一组线性矩阵不等式,给出了订单补偿控制策略的设计方法.最后,通过仿真验证了设计的订单补偿控制策略能有效抑制供应链库存网络系统中的牛鞭效应.
The bullwhip effect control problem is investigated in this paper for supply chain network systems with time delays. A state-space model is established for the fluctuation of the supply chain inventory. Considered the switched dynamic induced by time delay, the bullwhip effect control problem of the supply chain systems is converted to a stabilization problem of a class of switched systems with finite number of subsystems. By using the average dwell time method, a sufficient condition is presented to ensure that the supply chain inventory system is exponentially stable. Furthermore, the order compensation controller of the inventory fluctuation is designed by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed order compensation control strategy.
