多元反馈、资源配置与产学研合作效率的提升机制
ANALYSIS ON MULTIPLE FEEDBACKS, RESOURCE ALLOCATIONS AND PROMOTING MECHANISM OF UNIVERSITY-INDUSTRY COOPERATION
分析了知识集成与技术创新、资本投入与收益激励、市场需要与成果转化中资源配置的作用特征,结合产学研合作过程的构成要素与相互关系,利用Vensim PLE软件构建了多元反馈的动力机制模型.通过模拟仿真对产学研合作过程的演化趋势、作用绩效和反馈机制展开分析.研究表明:产学研合作过程中,知识链与技术链具有明显的协同特征;加强原有产学研合作模式,对创新驱动效率具有一定的促进作用,但作用效果不明显;嵌入多元反馈路径后,能有效优化资源配置,显著提升产学研合作效率.
This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of different resources based on the multiple feedbacks of knowledge integration-technology innovation, capital input-benefit motivation, market demands-innovation transformation, build a university industry SD model by Vensim PLE software with the relationships among significant elements in the process of university-industry. The dynamic evolutionary trends, operation performance and feedback mechanism in UI process are analyzed by simulation. The results show that: There are obvious collaborated characteristics between knowledge chain and technology chain in UI process. Deepening original operating mode in UI process could improve the innovation driving effects but not remarkable. The resource allocation is observably optimized and UI cooperation effect is significantly promoted after multiple feedback paths embedding.
