航天工程方案决策中的改进专家权重调整算法及应用
THE APPLICATION OF IMPROVED ADJUSTING WEIGHTS ALGORITHM IN SPACE ENGINEERING PROJECT DECISION
为解决航天工程方案决策中的专家权重问题, 文章以主观权重为基础, 提出了一种改进的专家权重调整算法. 在原有以灰色关联度为调整依据的算法中, 增加了专家权重系数调整范围的约束, 并说明了改进算法具有收敛性. 应用案例对比分析表明, 改进算法在航天工程方案决策时具有较好的最优方案稳定性及决策可信性.
Decision making is an important part in course of the development of aerospace engineering, because of the complexity of the space program, choosing plan requires interdisciplinary knowledge and rich experience in engineering and needs a number of experts. In order to solve the problem about how to decide expert weight, this paper puts forward a modified weight-adjusting method which based on a grey correlation, gives adequate consideration to the constraint dimension of expert weight coefficient adjustment and has the characteristics of convergence. The comparative analysis of one application example shows that the method has better optimal decision stability and decision-making credibility.
