基于改进犹豫模糊熵的群体MULTMOORA决策方法
AN APPROACH FOR GROUP MULTIMOORA DECISION MAKING BASED UPON THE IMPROVED HESITANT FUZZY ENTROPY
针对既有犹豫模糊元记分函数的存在 的不足, 引入记分系数, 提出考虑决策者风险态度的犹豫 模糊记分函数, 并验证其相关性质. 同时, 对于现有犹豫 模糊熵定义具有的缺陷, 提出基于模糊熵的犹豫模糊熵的新定义, 并给出相应的犹豫模糊熵公式. 在以犹豫模糊元为输入信息的复杂统框架内, 提出基于改进犹豫模糊熵的MULTIMOORA群体决策方法, 并将其应用于物流供应商选择中. 案例分析表明了此方法的可行性及有效性.
In view of a fact that there is no reasonability of the existing score functions of HFEs, a novel score function for HFEs is presented considering the risk attitudes of decision makers by proposing the concept of a score coefficient. In addition, in order to improve the existing hesitant fuzzy entropy, a new hesitant fuzzy entropy based on fuzzy entropy is also proposed and a concrete formula is constructed. In a framework of complex systems based upon hesitant fuzzy information, a group MULTIMOORA decision making method based on improved hesitant fuzzy entropy is proposed. Finally, a practical application to the logistics supplier selection illustrates the validity and feasibility of the proposed group decision making method.
