多目标规划在代理人激励研究中的应用
APPLICATION OF MULTI-OBJECTIVE PROGRAMMING IN THE RESEARCH OF AGENT INCENTIVE
假设委托人的目标函数有两个, 且两个目标函数不全是线性函数, 代理人从事两项工作, 建立了基于多目标规划的委托代理模型. 运用多目标规划的求解方法, 对代理人激励合同的制定进行了分析, 重点分析了两个目标的重要性和两项工作的相对重要性对激励工资制定的影响. 发现:一项工作比较难时和比较容易但不重要时, 都不宜将经理工资同该项工作挂钩. 但是, 当一项工作很简单, 但该项工作很重要时, 可以将经理工资同该工作挂钩.
This paper establishes the principal-agent model based on multi-objective programming and corresponding assumptions, namely two objective functions of principal with not all linear feature and agent engaged in two jobs. Solution of multi-objective programming is performed to discuss the agent incentive contract~formulation and especially the effect of two objective importance and relative importance of two jobs on incentive contract~formulation. Findings show that, a hard job or an easy job with no importance is inappropriate to linking manager salary to its job; while, an easy job with no importance is appropriate to linking manager salary to its job.
