针对犹豫乘性偏好信息下的群决策问题,提出一致性犹豫乘性偏好关系、有序一致性犹豫乘性偏好关系以及一致性指数等概念,构建基于犹豫乘性偏好关系一致性的决策方案优劣关系排序方法.该群决策方法在满足一定条件下能够利用犹豫乘性偏好关系的有序一致性方法快速有效地做出决策,同时能够对非一致性犹豫乘性偏好关系进行一致性修复,使得调整后的犹豫乘性偏好关系一致性指数不大于给定的阈值.最后通过舰船编队对综合补给船的选择实验来验证提出的群决策方法的有效性与合理性.

In view of the group decision making problems with hesitant multiplicative preference information, the consistency, order consistency, consistency index of HMPRs are developed. Moreover, an approach to deriving the ranking of alternatives in group decision making is presented based on the consistency of HMPRs. The main characteristics of proposed method are that: 1) It helps decision makers make decision quickly and efficiently by using the order consistency of HMPRs; 2) It ensures that the consistency index of adjusted HMPR is less than a given threshold by using a consistency improving algorithm. Finally, a practical application to selection of comprehensive replenishment ship in warship formation is demonstrated to show the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method.
