摘要

针对震后初期应急物资总量有限且不充足情形 下的系统优化问题, 提出一个基于优先等级的震后LRP 优化模型. 考虑震后初期应急物资需求主要影响因素, 利用可变集理论确定各受灾点应急物资优先级; 在此基础上, 以整个救援过程总耗时最少为目标构建选址定位-路径优化模型, 针对模型特点设计了一种基于两阶段的遗传算法. 最后, 通过算例验证了模型及算法的可行性和有效性.

Abstract

According to the problem that total relief supplies are limited and insufficient in initial stages of post-earthquake, the post-earthquake LRP optimization model based on priority grade is proposed. Considering the key impact factors of relief supplies demand, the allocation amount of each stricken point is determined with variable set theory. The model with the goal of minimum time in the entire rescue process is constructed, and then a two-phase genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model. Finally, the results of a numerical example show the effectiveness and feasibility of model and algorithm.
