摘要

考虑系统发生漂移程度未知的情形, 研究了面向可修系统的统计过程控制和视情维修的整合优化设计问题. 文章首先假定系统的状态可以划分为正常、异常和故障3种, 系统输出的漂移服从瑞丽分布且系统的状态通过X¯ 控制图进行监控. 基于系统的演化过程分析了系统可能出现的各种情形, 利用更新理论得到了统计过程控制与视情维修整合优化设计模型, 并给出了相应的求解算法. 最后, 通过仿真对文章提出的整合模型与考虑漂移为确定性的情形进行了比较分析, 并对参数进行了灵敏度分析.

Abstract

The optimal design problem of integrating statistical process control and condition-based maintenance for repairable systems with random shift is studied in this paper. The system deterioration process is described by three states: Good, partial failure and failure. We assume that the state of the system is monitored by an X¯ control chart and the random shift follows a Rayleigh distribution. Based on the evolution of the system, the integrated model of statistical process control and condition-based maintenance is obtained by using renewal theory, and the solving procedure for the proposed model is also given. The effect of the proposed optimal model is compared with the model considering the shift is fixed by simulation. A sensitivity analysis of the proposed model is also performed by simulation.
