
基于中粒度层面的动态系统多层次映射关系模型
Research on Multi-Level Mapping Relationship Model of Dynamic System Based on Medium Granularity
多部门联动管理是应对大型复杂区域非常规事态演化的有效手段,但是由于区域范围内存在着关系复杂性以及各个多态子系统包含的大量非量化变量,通常的系统分析方法很难从纵横两个方向协同刻画其数理关系.为此文章在建立系统多层次映射关系基础上,以构建系统纵横向关系模型为研究切入点,在合理定义系统特性和性能前提下,建立了包含多重反馈影响的转移关系矩阵,并根据系统纵向作用关系,构建了融合横向作用关系的系统联动措施求解模型,并以典型区域联动管理为例验证了文章所提理论和方法的有效性.
Multi department linkage management is the effective means to deal with the unconventional events evolution in the complex regional, but it is difficult for system analysis method to describe the mathematical relationship from the vertical and horizontal because there are a large number of complex relationships and non-quantitative variables of each polymorphic subsystem in the regional range. In this paper, it is the breakthrough point of research to establish the vertical and horizontal relationship model based on building the multi level mapping relationship of the system. The characteristics and performance of the system are reasonably defined, and the transition relation matrix which contains multiple feedbacks is established. The model used to solve linkage measures is designed according to the vertical and horizontal relationship of the dynamical system. Finally, the representative example of the region linkage management is introduced to prove the effectiveness of the proposed theory and method.
