
船用锅炉主蒸汽压力系统的多工况控制
Control for Steam Pressure of Steam-Boiler System on Ship in Different Working Conditions
分析了在多工况 (负载功率) 情况下, 船用锅炉蒸汽压力系统的模型特征, 并使用模糊神经网络对系统建模, 从而给出适合本模型的模糊 PI 控制方法, 并且对建模器和控制器的稳定性进行分析, 并对所设计出的控制方法在负载干扰下进行仿真, 通过仿真结果证明在多工况情况下这种控制方法的有效性, 为船用锅炉主蒸汽压力系统的工程设计提供可靠的理论依据和物理可行性方案.
In this article, we study the problem of the ship steam pressure system control in different working conditions (load power). We use a neurofuzzy network to model the nonlinear steam pressure system. With the established neurofuzzy model, a relative fuzzy PI controller is constituted. Through the stability analysis and the simulation process, we verified the good performance of the control system under the setpoint tracking and load disturbance. In this way, dependable theory and physics feasibility scheme will be proposed for project design of the steam pressure system on ship.
