网络与配送管理是物流与供应链中研究最广泛的领域之一, 研究涉及配送网络结构、设施选址、配送模式、车辆路径、库存管理、配送需求与资源计划、配送成本管理、配送信息化等方面. 文章分析了经济全球化与金融危机、环境与气候变化、人工智能快速发展背景下, 物流配送面临的配送网络的整合与柔性、配送服务的创新、配送的智能化、低碳运作等问题, 阐述了O2O模式下的即时配送、电动车物流配送、无人机物流配送、危险品物流配送等领域的研究现状与发展趋势.

Network and distribution management is one of the widest research areas of logistics and supply chain management. Researches include distribution network configuration, facility location, distribution pattern, vehicle routing, inventory management, distribution demands and resource planning, distribution cost management, informatization in distribution management, etc. This paper analyzes the problems of logistics distribution in the context of economic globalization and financial crisis, environment and climate change, applications of artificial intelligence techniques. The issues include integration and flexibility of distribution network, innovation in distribution services, intelligentized distribution system, low-carbon operations, etc. Current research and future prospects in online-to-offline (O2O) commerce are elaborated, including but not limited to just-in-time delivery, electric vehicle in city logistics, drone delivery, and transportation of dangerous goods.
