摘要

可持续平衡计分卡(SBSC)由在应用广泛的平衡计分卡(BSC)基础上融入可持续思想, 成为企业乐于采用的一种绩效评价框架.鉴于SBSC指标的层次结构特征以及评价主体价值判断的犹豫和含糊性, 文章以犹豫模糊集(HFS)为评价基础信息、以 TOPSIS为蓝本, 提出一种犹豫模糊层次TOPSIS评价方法.继而, 将该方法应用于新能源汽车产业的可持续绩效评价的问题.应用案例加之对比分析验证了所提出方法实用与有效.

Abstract

The SBSC is a kind of performance evaluation framework that enterprises are willing to adopt nowadays. Given the SBSC index of recursive class structure characteristics and the main value judgment of hesitation and vagueness, taking hesitant fuzzy sets (HFS) as the evaluation foundation information, TOPSIS based on, put forward a kind of hierarchical hesitant fuzzy TOPSIS evaluation method. Then, this method is applied to the sustainable performance evaluation of the new energy automobile industry. The application case and comparative analysis verify that the proposed method is practical and effective.
