摘要

为了促进社会网络中企业间的知识转移, 加快新知识的传 播速度, 建立企业间知识转移过程的网络演化博弈模型, 模拟企业间知 识转移过程; 在此基础上考虑企业策略优化问题, 基于演化博弈模型给出 一种促进企业间知识转移过程的算法. 首先, 运用半张量积理论将网络演 化知识博弈模型代数化, 通过对博弈演化过程的分析, 得出该博弈的演化趋 势; 其次, 运用给出的算法在网络中找到相应的控制节点, 从而使得博弈的演化 达到期望的状态; 最后, 通过仿真实例证明该算法的可行性.

Abstract

To promote knowledge transfer among enterprises and accelerate the spread of new knowledge in social networks, the networked evolutionary game model of knowledge transfer process is presented and the knowledge transfer process among enterprises is simulated. Considering the strategy optimization problem, an algorithm based on the model is presented to promote knowledge transfer among enterprises. Firstly, the algebraic expression of this model is obtained by the semi-tensor product method, and the evolutionary trend of the game is presented according to the analysis of the game evolutionary process. Secondly, the algorithm is used to find the control node in the network, so that the evolution of the game reaches the desired state. Finally, the simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm.
