针对带有缓冲区库存的串联生产线维护问题, 提出了考虑缓冲区库 存分配的串联生产线预防维护模型.首先,利用近似分解法将串联生产线分解成条虚拟 生产线,并引入影响因子,建立每条虚拟生产线上下游虚拟设备的故障率与维修率模型.其 次,在考虑设备可能不完美生产情况下,针对每一条虚拟生产线,以缓冲区 库存量和设备正常运行时间为决策变量,以费用率为目标函数,建立设备费用率模型.利用 离散迭代算法进行模型求解,获得串联生产线最佳维修策略和缓冲区的最佳库存分配量.最后, 通过算例分析,验证了模型的有效性,为企业串联生产线维护提供了依据.
For the series production line with buffer stock, we make the best maintenance strategy and buffer stock allocation strategy. Firstly, the series production line with buffer stocks and machines is decomposed into virtual production line by using approximate decomposition method. The impact factor is introduced to establish the failure rate and maintenance rate model of each virtual machine. Secondly, the equipment expense ratio model is built for each virtual production line. The model takes buffer stock and uptime of machine as decision variables and expense ratio as objective function. In this way, the optimal maintenance strategy and optimal buffer stock allocation of equipment in series production line are obtained. The possibility of imperfect production of the equipment is considered, that is, when the equipment becomes incomplete, there is a certain probability to produce defective products. The discrete iteration algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the optimal running time of the equipment in the production line and the optimal stock allocation of the buffer are obtained through the analysis of calculation examples, and the validity of the model is verified.
