An Approach to Performance Evaluation Based on the Pythagorean Hesitant Fuzzy Entropy and Cross Entropy
针对模糊环境下的绩效评价问题, 提出了一种基于Pythagorean犹豫模糊熵和交叉熵的人力资源绩效评价方法.基于Pythagorean 犹豫模糊熵和交叉熵, 文章提出了一种新的专家权重和属性权重确定方法;并给出了一种基于TOPSIS法和矢量投影法的组合决策模型;最后将该决策方法运用到金融企业人力资源绩效评价问题中, 验 证其可行性和有效性.
For the performance evaluation problem with vague information, this paper presents a human resource performance evaluation approach based on Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy entropy and cross entropy. Firstly, this work, which is based on Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy entropy and cross entropy, proposes a new approach about determining weight of decision makers and attributes. Meanwhile, a combined decision model based on TOPSIS and the vector projection method is developed. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by applying the decision method to human resource performance evaluation in financial enterprises.
