针对考虑决策者心理行为的区间二型模糊群体决 策问题, 提出了一种新的决策方法, 并将其应用于地铁站选址问题. 首先, 提出了一种区间二型模糊集合Cosine相似度模型(IT2-Cosine), 用 于计量各决策专家之间的关联程度. 其次, 基于所提Cosine相似度模型, 定义 了一种新的权重确定模型, 用于确定各专家的重要性. 然后, 利用Nie-Tan 算法对传统损益值函数进行扩展并构建损益值矩阵. 最后, 运用前景理论计 算各方案的综合损益值, 并根据综合损益值选择最优方案. 通过案例分析和 比较分析, 验证了所提方法在确定决策者权重和刻画决策者心理行为方面的 优越性.
In this paper, we propose a new method to solve decision-making problems under interval type-2 fuzzy sets (IT2FSs) environment. Firstly, an interval type-2 fuzzy sets cosine similarity model (IT2-Cosine) is defined to determine the correlation degree of each decision maker. Secondly, based on the proposed cosine similarity model, a new weight determination model is defined to determine the importance of decision makers. Then, Nie-Tan operator is used to extend the gain-loss function and construct the gain-loss matrix. Finally, the comprehensive gain-loss value of each scheme is calculated by the prospect theory, and the optimal scheme is selected according to the value. In addition, a case study and comparative analysis are made to show the superiority of the proposed method in determining the weight vector and depicting the psychological behavior.
