摘要

针对直接区间数多指标决策排序问题中存在无法比较中心数相同的 区间数的缺陷, 文章对区间数理想解法进行改进.同时, 现有的区间数理想解法主要侧 重于静态评价, 为比较多个系统在不同时刻的总体发展水平, 结合改进的区间数理想 解法, 文章提出了改进区间数动态 TOPSIS 评价方法.首先讨论了将具有不确定性的区间数应用于 TOPSIS 的问题, 把 TOPSIS 的研究拓展到属性值为区间数的模糊多指标决策.接着分析直接区间数 TOPSIS 法的不足, 对其进行改进并通过几个简单算例验证该方法的有效性.然后考 虑时间维度构建区间数动态评价模型, 计算正负理想解矩阵以及各方案在区 间数指标值差异程度和增长程度情况下的综合评价值.再通过时间权重将各 时间段的评价值进行二次加权计算得出各方案的综合评价结果.最后, 将该方法应用于实例中, 以验证方法的合理性.

In order to solve the problem that the direct interval extension of TOPSIS method with the same center number can't be compared, the interval extensions of TOPSIS method in this article is improved. At the same time, the existing TOPSIS method on interval numbers mainly focuses on static evaluation, combined with improved interval extensions / of TOPSIS method, improved dynamic TOPSIS evaluation method of interval / numbers is proposed in this paper. First, the problem of applying / uncertain interval numbers to TOPSIS is discussed. The research of TOPSIS / method is extended to fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making whose attribute / value is interval number. Then the shortcomings of a direct interval extension / of TOPSIS method are analyzed, and the effectiveness of the method is verified / by several simple examples. Additionally, the evaluation value of each time / period is aggregated by the time weights, and the comprehensive evaluation / results of each scheme are obtained. Finally, an example is applied to / verify the rationality of the proposed method.
