考虑混合形式属性评价值以及决策者对语言评估的不确定性, 提出一种考虑证据权重和可靠性的混合型多属性群决策方法. 首先将混合形 式的属性评价值转化为统一的区间信度结构, 然后基于证据推理~(ER) 规则 建立非线性优化模型并对方案的定量指标和定性指标的区间信度结构进行融合, 进而得到~``先属性综合后专家决策'' 和~``先专家决策后属性综合'' 两种 信息融合策略下的方案总的区间信度结构分布式评估向量, 再结合期望效用理论 对方案进行排序. 最后, 通过一个供应商选择案例验证所提出方法的有效性和合 理性. 分析结果表明, 文章方法同时考虑证据的权重和可靠性以及属性评价信息的异质 性不仅符合现实决策, 同时与现有方法相比, 文章方法在信息融合过程中具有较好的排 序一致性和信息完整性, 所提出的决策方法可以看成是对现有方法的有效扩展.
Considering the mixed form of attribute evaluation values and the uncertainty of language evaluation by decision makers, this paper proposes a hybrid multi-attribute group decision-making method which considers the weights and reliabilities of evidence. First, the mixed form of attribute evaluation values is transformed into unified interval belief structures. Then, the interval belief structures of quantitative and qualitative indicators of alternatives are fused by using the nonlinear optimization models based on evidential reasoning (ER) rule, and the distributed evaluation vectors of the total interval belief structures of the alternatives under the information fusion strategies of ``attributes synthesis before expert decision-making'' and ``expert decision-making before attributes synthesis'' are obtained, and the alternatives are ranked according to the expected utility theory. Finally, a supplier selection case is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. The analysis results show that the proposed method in this paper simultaneously considers the weight and reliability of the evidence and the heterogeneity of the attribute evaluation information. It not only conforms to the realistic decision-making, but also has better ranking consistency and information integrity in the information fusion process compared with the existing method, the decision method proposed in this article can be regarded as an effective extension of the existing method.
